Cup Plant (bundle of 4)

Cup plant is a large perennial in the sunflower family that is directly related to Rosinweed. Named for its cup-like leaves which can hold water, it can grow over 8 feet tall and prefers moist rich soil. It produces ample yellow flowers and relatively large seed which are great for birds. We use it for chop and drop as well, it is able to produce large amounts of biomass. The tops of spring shoots are edible as a pot-herb. It is one of our favorite multi-use plants and is very easy to grow and propagate.
